Music is a gift
Give the gift of an unforgettable musical experience – with a voucher for Kronberg Academy events.
Pupils, students, trainees and young people in voluntary services (up to 27 years of age) as well as severely disabled persons with a disability of 80% or more (GdB) receive a 50% discount on the ticket price in advance and at the box office on presentation of appropriate proof. The concert ticket is only valid in combination with the corresponding document of proof and must be presented at the entrance without being asked. Tickets purchased at full price cannot be subsequently discounted.
The discount does not apply to Kids@Casals and Masters in Performance or other selected events.
There is no entitlement to return or exchange tickets. Changes to the cast or programme do not entitle the holder to return tickets. Only in the event of a general cancellation of an event will the purchase price be refunded within a period of two months on presentation of the tickets at the ticket office. If an event already in progress has to be cancelled, no refund can be granted.
