Chamber
Music Connects
the World
In May 2025 it's time again for Chamber Music Connects the World ‘Alumni & Friends’!
Kronberg Academy alumni from 2007 to 2024 from many countries will return to Kronberg to play chamber music together. Rehearsals are open to the public and eight concerts are the highlights of this inspiring time together.
Please do not apply for participation as a 'Junior'!
Applications will only be possible again for 2026, when it will be called 'Chamber Music Connects the World - Seniors & Juniors'. We will let you know in good time.
In May, chamber music blows through the Casals Forum! Chamber Music Connects the World is the name of our spring festival - and of course the name says it all.
Chamber music is the supreme discipline. It takes musicians and listeners straight to the heart of music. At the same time, it is the most intimate form of musical dialogue with each other - and with the audience.
At ‘Chamber Music Connects the World’, this happens in two variations:
‘Juniors & Seniors’ is the name of the game in the “even” years: Great musicians make music with young talents so that they can learn from them - a concept that has been bearing fruit since 2000. We call it ‘Alumni & Friends’ in the ‘odd’ years: Artists who all once studied at Kronberg Academy come back to Kronberg to make music with each other and with a few guests - and thus recharge the ‘Kronberg Spirit’.
