Valentin Keogh

Born in Dublin, Ireland, Valentine Keogh studied flute at the Royal College of Music, London, with Sebastian Bell and at the Musikhochschule Freiburg with Auèle Nicolet. He has also taken lessons with James Galway and William Bennett.

After 15 years as an orchestral player (including the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra), he completed a three-year training as a teacher for Alexander Technique in Freiburg. From 1994, he has taught the Alexander technique in private lessons and workshops at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts.
